Unbiased Information On Supplements
To Make You Healthier And Feel Great
Even though this section is on supplements we want to make something very clear.
You do not need additional supplements to burn fat naturally, although a few of the right ones can greatly help with your health, muscle maintenance and subsequently fat loss.
We were tossing up a great deal on weather to include this section or not, because the last thing we want to sound like is another supplement pusher. We think that the supplement companies these days are out to convince you that you need supplements that you really don't - well not unless you want to be a pro body builder. So I'm definitely not one of them.
Our philosophy is that your body is the greatest chemical laboratory in the world. Anything you need, you can produce inside it, with the help of natural food.
There is no doubt though, that life is very busy for most of us. Its not always easy to makes sure you are giving your body the exact nutrients it needs in the right quantities so that it operates as close as possible to your peak. That's where I believe supplements fit in.
You should always keep in mind that if you can get the exact same nutrient through nature (in other words, through natural foods and drinks rather than pills), then that will always be the best option. You should only view supplements as a 'supplement' to your balanced diet - not as a replacement.
There is no doubt that supplements in a jar give us convience - but you should always try and get as much of what your body needs naturally.
Ok, so you know where we stand. Have a read of this section, and you'll know whether it's for you or not. But just make sure you read it through at least once to make a fair call.
You should probably start with the section about why you should use supplements (you may think we're contradicting ourselves here, but we're not). Click the link to read up on the benefits of using supplements for weight loss.
If you want to read about vitamins, please go here. If you want to know about minerals, the other nutritional supplement, go here. You can read about protein supplements here.
I've also included information on healthy weight loss with supplements and what you should avoid (if any).
