Because of this demand, the internet is littered with suppliers of all types of Hoodia. There are hoodia pills, hoodia plants, hoodia liquid and even hoodia lollipops.

You see, there are just so many suppliers of Hoodia out there. Unfortunately, most of them are selling fake, watered downed versions that is usually mixed with other types of drugs that can be quite harmful.

How can I say this with such certainty?

Its simple. The pure Hoodia that does work effectively for weight loss is not a plant you can just grow in your garden. Its a cactus-looking succulent that grows in the harsh climate of the semi-desert of the Kalahari in South Africa. It takes up to 7 years to be at its peak. And the worst thing, it is subject to international trade laws.

All in all, it is available in very limited quantities. Getting access to the pure source is not easy. This means that it is impossible for all the sellers of Hoodia on the internet to be selling the pure, real version of it. In fact, if you look closer less than a handful of sellers sell the real thing.

Whats really unfortunate about this is that the sellers who are selling the fake hoodia, fill up their pill, or lollipop or concotion with other types of ingredients. In all human trials to date, pure Hoodia has not caused any known side effects. This cannot be said of many other drugs used in popular diet drugs. So when a manufacturer mixes some diluted Hoodia with some of these other ingredients it makes the product dangerous. That's why its very important for you to be able to tell an honest supplier from an opportunist who doesn't care about the product they are selling.

So, how do you can you tell the difference between a supplier of real hoodia and a fake supplier?

• Check to see if the company has a certificate from testing their product just at one time. You want to see certificates from a tester that tests the supplier regularly, and anonymously. These tests involve the testor ordering the product anonymously (as a customer) and doing regular tests on them to check the content. So just having a one test certificate is not enough. This one criteria will weed out most of the suppliers on the internet.
• If the supplier only has testimonials from your 'average' person, you should also be suspicious. • If the supplier makes no mention of including the active P57 molecule with the hoodia then you should not even think about ordering from that site. The active P57 molecule is the molecule that has been determined as the thing that makes Hoodia work to help you lose weight. If it doesn't include this, its pretty useless. Many companies try and hype up their product with slick websites and marketing campaigns, even if they don't have this molecule. You need to look beyond that and look for substance in the actual product.
