Here are some easy to make salad dressings for you to prepare with your salads. Use these to ensure that your dressings are not full of trans fat and ingredients that are not going to help you to lose weight. Here they are:
1. Home Made Garlic and Lemon Dressing:
2 Cloves of garlic |
2 Ounces of extra virgin olive oil |
1 Teaspoon of salt |
1 half lemon squeezed |

Crush the two cloves of garlic with salt until it forms a paste. |
Add extra virgin olive oil and mix thoroughly. |
Add lemon juice to olive oil and garlic mix just before placing it on your favorite salad. |
Add to salad and mix thoroughly. Enjoy! |
2. Honey Dressing
2 Tablespoon of soybean or safflower oil |

1.5 Tablespoon of honey |

2 Tablespoon of whet wine vinegar |

1 Dash of pepper |

Combine all ingredients and stir through until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy! |

3. Fruit Dressing
1 Cup of nonfat plain yogurt |
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice |
2 Tablespoons of orange juice |

1/3 Tablespoon of cinnamon |
