How To Prepare Your
Food To Lose Weight
This is a short guideline on how to prepare food optimally to support your goals in naturally and permanently burning that fat from your body.
Please note that these guidelines are very general, because they are meant to teach how to get the all types of food ready.
Here they are:
- Eat as fresh and lightly cooked as possible. The higher the temperature and the more you cook something, the more you 'kill' both the energy and nutritional content of the food. Even boiling or heavily steaming something destroys the nutritional content of these foods.
- Don't eat foods stored for more than four to five days: the longer food is stored, the more nutrition is lost.
- Cut down on your use of salt. The sodium in the salt causes more water retention than is necessary. Too much water retention makes you look bloated.
I know this is a very short list, but don't underestimate it. Even if you are following a certain type of diet, like the low carb diet, you can still follow these guidelines.
If you do follow these principles then you will begin to see some changes in your body shape, and we believe you'll be quite pleased with what you see.
